Awards
- The “Weeping Rice Bowl” produced by C-DIT won the best film award at Tokyo International Environment Film Festival Earth Vision 1992.
- “Sasthrakauthukam” won the best film award in Science Communication category at the first International Video Festival on Science, Society and Development held in Thiruvanathapuram in September 1995.
- ‘When Women Unite’ a co production of C-DIT and district media group also received excellence award for best film in Earth Vision 1997.
- Several other programmes have also won prizes at international festivals.
